Sometimes, when I need a time by myself to do some reflection. I put in my old cd and listen to this tune. It is a great song to listen to and be reminded that we are on a journey to ultimately be home with our Father in Heaven.
This summer has been an exhilarating experience. I am concentrating on a few, select goals and I am seeing progress. This article, “ Get Off Your Butt: 16 Ways to Get Motivated When You’re in a Slump” is an awesome read if you are struggling with your motivation.
The takeaways: start small, get buy-in from someone, stay with it, understand that good days and bad days go hand-in-hand.
