Yesterday, I thought my office space was getting taken over by notes, papers and magazines. It was time to take 20 minutes out of my day and clean through the rubbish and yes recycle and throw items away. A clean workspace equates to good organization and more productivity. In addition, it is a good marketing tool, because it shows that you keep your space inviting to others and you take the time to present a good clean, picture of who you are. In addition, it can boost your own morale. Last night, I did the same thing at home and it feels great.
Try this simple task and you will be amazed at how good it feels. Believe me, if you have not looked at a magazine or article for over 3 months, you are not going to look at it now.
