Pretty simple statement! I look forward to coming home each evening and being home on weekends. The most important part of this concept is putting time aside for the people that mean the most.
I believe people who struggle with work/life balance are those peopel who struggle with their relationships with their spouses and children.
The best part about my home life is that I all of us as a family enjoy each other and want to spend time with each other. I really believe attending Church and being together inPrayer are important parts of this.
I am so thankful I have a life outside of work and the best part is that I get to share it with the people I love the most.
I put in long hours of work in the office and at home, but I always work at relationships non-stop, especially family relationships. Evaluate your relationships and see if you invest more time into them, you might see a better work/life balance in your life.
